EG helps raise thousands for brave Jack

Jack Pinder, a two year old from Wollaston, suffered horrific head injuries after being involved in a devastating traffic collision with a trailer being towed by a car which left him with permanent brain damage.

Jack was airlifted to hospital alone in a critical condition as the medics worked to keep him alive. His Mum was later informed by medics that her son would not pull through.

Almost a year later, Jack has defied the odds and this beautiful little boy recently celebrated his 3rd birthday, a day medics told his mum she would never see.

On the 22nd of October 2012, a fun-filled fundraising day was held in aid of the Jack George Campaign at Dudley & Kingswinford Rugby Club.

Education Group was there to support and donated Christmas baubles for the children to decorate to help raise funds for items that will make a real difference to this little boy’s day to day life.

Over £4000 was raised and a great time was had by all. Jack Sparrow particularly enjoyed painting his pirate bauble!
