World War One Centenary Workshops now available

Our World War One workshops have proven to be extremely popular over the last few months and we are due to visit hundreds of schools between now and the end of 2014.

This year will mark 100 years since the start of the First World War and to commemorate this occasion, we are offering 3 fantastic interactive sessions to UK Primary Schools.

Our World War One soldier workshop offers a recount of life in the trenches during the First World War.

Our visitor will discuss a range of topics with the children, starting with how he was recruited and joined up and his training for the Great War.

Also available is our Women of the War session. Describing the involvement of women during the First World War, we are taken on a journey across the many jobs undertaken by females at the time.

Our third workshop option provides a professional dancer to work with classes performing to music from the period culminating in a final performance for parents.

All our World War One workshops are a great way to cover this topic for children at Key Stage One or Two.
